Description

  • Own the full sales cycle and manage a personal account pipeline while contributing to the team pipeline.
  • Consult businesses from a wide range of industries to help convert them into paying customers.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and the face of Connecteam for customers.
  • Build deep product expertise to effectively position the platform to prospects and customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and client insights to help improve the product.
  • Act as the company’s eyes by maintaining a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate across departments by sharing customer information and insights.
  • Operate with initiative, independence, and ownership in a quota-carrying role.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of international B2B sales experience in SaaS companies.
  • Strong track record of closing deals and consistently exceeding monthly quotas.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Self-learner with high independence and an autodidact mindset.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated attitude is required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Availability to work remotely Monday through Friday is required.
