Description

  • Lead prioritization and execution of EHR/EMR integrations and implementation capabilities.
  • Partner with customers, implementation, engineering, clinical operations, and third-party vendors to deliver interoperability and smooth onboarding.
  • Own the product roadmap for patient and provider engagement applications, integration and analytics, and APIs/data integrations.
  • Define and refine requirements with solutions, clinical, and cross-functional teams.
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria and work with architects on iterative feature planning.
  • Guide development teams through daily execution, prioritization, and validation of product features.
  • Transfer feature knowledge to the solutions team to support documentation, training, adoption, and support.
  • Support additional technical work such as design, testing, root cause analysis, and BI/reporting asset creation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of agile and advanced product management experience.
  • Practical competency across full-stack product manager responsibilities.
  • Deep knowledge of EHR/EMR workflows and interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
  • Experience with integration strategies and tools, preferably on the Salesforce platform.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple parallel projects, and present risk/benefit options.
  • Ability to make technical trade-off decisions and identify leverage opportunities.
  • Experience using data and forecasting to build business cases and analyze performance.
  • Demonstrated success building enterprise healthcare solutions within HIPAA, data privacy, payer, and related constraints.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong competency with Azure DevOps or an equivalent SDLC platform and INVEST-style user story writing.
  • Preferred: knowledge of behavioral healthcare workflows, care delivery, and revenue cycle.
  • Preferred: technical experience such as software development or BI/data development.
  • Preferred: reporting and analytics experience with QuickSight, Tableau, or XLS modeling.
  • Preferred: experience as a Salesforce.com end user.
