Description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate qualified meetings.
  • Discover prospect pain points and handle objections using a consultative selling approach.
  • Lead online presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial outreach through contract execution and closing.
  • Qualify opportunities and engage key decision makers in higher education admissions and marketing.
  • Prepare and present proposals, recommend solutions, and move deals forward in the pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunities, revenue, and next-step tracking in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate smooth hand-off of closed deals to the Client Success team.
  • Communicate frequently with prospects and work aligned to their local time zones, including early-morning calls.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, including 1-2 years in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience selling into higher education is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and securing first meetings through outbound prospecting.
  • Comfort with cold outreach, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Salesforce proficiency and accuracy in pipeline tracking.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, or Groove is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience delivering online demos and product presentations.
  • Strong detail orientation, follow-through, and contract management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

  • Salary range of $80,000-$95,000 annually with on-target earnings up to $175,000.
