Description

  • Maintain, configure, and enhance Salesforce instances, including user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and workflows.
  • Perform regular audits, data integrity checks, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Create and update reports, dashboards, and custom fields to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage Salesforce automation tools and support related platform improvements.
  • Lead customization and implementation projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement automation, custom objects, and integrations as needed.
  • Provide training and technical support for Salesforce users to drive adoption and proficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Advise stakeholders on the business impacts of their requests and support their initiatives.
  • Oversee data imports, exports, and deduplication processes to maintain accurate and clean data.
  • Implement and monitor data security measures in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve usability and business process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of the platform’s capabilities.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, and Celigo.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flow, and Tableau.
  • Advanced proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  • Experience leading and executing projects with GTM stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
  • Experience with M&A is highly desirable.
  • Experience with data and system migrations is highly desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of data governance.
  • Experience with compliance practices.
  • Experience maintaining security best practices.
