Description

  • Work with customers to define requirements and propose and deliver solutions.
  • Architect and build implementations of Service Cloud and Field Service.
  • Configure Salesforce solutions using point-and-click tools such as Process Builder and Visual Flows.
  • Design, develop, QA, and launch Salesforce project implementations.
  • Understand customer service and field service business operations to solve complex use cases across the Salesforce platform.
  • Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions.
  • Build custom applications, Lightning Experience, Field Service Mobile App extensions, and entitlement processes within Salesforce.
  • Support release management, application lifecycle management, development lifecycle, deployment best practices, and governance.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, discovery and design, project management, and customer solution presentations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project experience in a hands-on position.
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
  • Experience with customer service and field service business operations and complex use cases on the Salesforce platform.
  • Hands-on experience with custom applications, Lightning Experience, Field Service Mobile App extensions, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and SLAs/Entitlement Processes.
  • Understanding of release management, application lifecycle management, development lifecycle, deployment best practices, and governance.
  • Client-facing experience in pre-sales activities, project management/ownership, discovery and design, delivering solution options, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Salesforce certification preferred, especially Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Consultant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and its architecture.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to change.
