Description

  • Own and manage the onboarding process for multiple clients at the same time.
  • Identify project scope and organize onboarding requirements based on each client’s needs.
  • Communicate proactively with the sales team before project kickoff to gather account details.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to maintain high satisfaction throughout onboarding.
  • Become a product expert on the Comply platform.
  • Track, monitor, and report onboarding progress to internal and external teams.
  • Resolve client issues and manage escalations during the onboarding process.
  • Train new clients and users on platform features based on their specific needs.
  • Transition clients smoothly to the Customer Success team after onboarding is complete.
  • Use GuideCX to manage onboarding tasks, progress, and delivery.
  • Support special projects and other operational work within the onboarding team.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer onboarding, implementation, or customer support experience at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a trusted advisor to clients or customers.
  • Excellent communication skills across video conference, phone, and email.
  • Willingness to learn and apply coaching feedback to improve performance.
  • Basic understanding of configuring data templates based on upload specifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce, GuideCX, and JIRA is a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
  • No visa sponsorship or transfer sponsorship is available at this time.

Benefits

  • Remote work opportunity in the United States.
  • Base salary range of $60,000 to $80,000.
  • All-in total compensation of $66,000 to $88,000, including bonus and benefit offerings.
