Description

Assess program demand, prepare budgets and launch timelines, and coordinate venues, permits, schedules and staffing.
Follow up with players and team captains to convert enquiries into paid registrations and fill program capacity.
Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment, ensuring readiness before games and resolving delivery issues.
Build partnerships, support marketing campaigns and test new offers to grow registrations, retention and new locations.
Manage player communications, resolve complaints and restore customer confidence when issues arise.
Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention, reporting progress and addressing gaps early.
Take ownership of operational problems by proposing solutions, escalating decisions when needed and building processes to prevent repeat issues.

Requirements

Be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
Have practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
Demonstrate sustained passion for sport through direct involvement.
Have strong organizational and numerical skills.
Be fluent in spoken and written English.
Be confident using spreadsheets and operational systems.
Be able to coordinate people remotely.
Be available to work predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.
Complete the Culture Index survey and Criteria GAME assessment in English using the application email.

Benefits

USD $1,000–$1,500 monthly base compensation, depending on experience.
Potential to earn USD $1,000+ per month in performance bonuses; bonuses are variable and based on agreed targets.
Opportunity to progress from Coordinator toward Manager responsibilities within the first six months.
Manager promotion based on probation completion and demonstrated growth, operational reliability, initiative and independent leadership readiness.
