Description

Assess demand, prepare budgets and launch timelines, and coordinate venues, permits, schedules, and staffing.
Follow up with players and team captains to convert enquiries into paid registrations and fill program spaces.
Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches, and equipment, ensuring readiness before games and resolving delivery issues.
Build partnerships, support campaigns, identify new programs and locations, and increase repeat registrations.
Manage player communications, resolve complaints, and restore customer confidence when issues arise.
Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy, and retention, and report progress and improvement opportunities.
Pursue growth targets, test new offers and audiences, and expand approaches that deliver results.
Escalate issues early with proposed solutions and build processes to prevent recurring failures.

Requirements

Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities, or program operations.
Demonstrated sustained involvement in and passion for sport.
Strong organizational and numerical skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Confidence using spreadsheets and operational systems.
Ability to coordinate people remotely.
Must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
Availability to work predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.
Submit a CV and a summary of sports programs personally supported, including ownership and results.

Benefits

USD $1,000–$1,500 monthly base compensation, depending on experience.
Potential to earn USD $1,000+ per month in performance bonuses based on agreed targets; bonuses are variable and not guaranteed.
Opportunity to progress from Coordinator to Manager after probation and a six-month performance review.
