Description

Assess demand, prepare budgets and launch timelines, and coordinate venues, permits, schedules, and staffing.
Follow up with players and team captains to convert enquiries into paid registrations and fill program capacity.
Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches, and equipment; verify readiness and resolve delivery issues.
Build partnerships, support campaigns, identify new program and location opportunities, and increase repeat registrations.
Manage player communications, resolve complaints, and restore customer confidence when issues arise.
Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy, and retention; report results, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
Develop and test practical growth initiatives, then scale approaches that deliver results.
Escalate issues early with proposed solutions and build processes to prevent recurring failures.

Requirements

Be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
Have practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities, or program operations.
Demonstrate sustained involvement in and passion for sport.
Have strong organizational and numerical skills.
Be fluent in spoken and written English.
Be confident using spreadsheets and operational systems.
Be able to coordinate people remotely.
Be available to work predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.
Submit a CV and a summary of sports programs supported, personal ownership, and achieved results.
Complete the Culture Index and Criteria GAME assessments in English using the application email.

Benefits

USD $1,000–$1,500 monthly base compensation, depending on experience.
Potential to earn USD $1,000+ per month in performance bonuses based on agreed targets and terms.
Progression from Coordinator toward Manager responsibilities over the first six months.
Manager promotion opportunity based on probation completion, six-month performance review, and demonstrated readiness to lead independently.
