Description

Assess demand, prepare budgets and launch timelines, and coordinate venues, permits, schedules and staffing.
Follow up with players and team captains to convert enquiries into paid registrations and fill programs.
Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment, ensuring readiness before games and resolving delivery issues.
Manage player communications, resolve complaints and restore customer confidence when issues arise.
Build partnerships, support campaigns and test new offers to grow registrations, repeat participation and new locations.
Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention, and report progress and gaps accurately.
Escalate issues early with proposed solutions and build processes to prevent repeat failures.
Work predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time according to the agreed schedule.

Requirements

Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
Demonstrated sustained involvement in and passion for sport.
Strong organizational and numerical skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Confidence using spreadsheets and operational systems.
Ability to coordinate people remotely.
Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
Ability to work predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.
Complete the Culture Index survey and Criteria GAME assessment in English as part of the application process.

Benefits

USD $1,000–$1,500 monthly base compensation, depending on experience.
Potential to earn USD $1,000+ per month in performance bonuses; bonuses are variable and not guaranteed.
Opportunity to progress from Coordinator toward a Manager role after probation and a six-month performance review.
Remote role open to candidates across Latin America and the Caribbean.
