Description

Assess demand, prepare budgets and launch timelines, and coordinate venues, permits, schedules, and staffing.
Follow up with players and team captains to convert enquiries into paid registrations and fill programs.
Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches, and equipment, ensuring readiness and resolving delivery issues.
Build partnerships, support marketing campaigns, and identify new programs and locations for growth.
Manage player communications, resolve complaints, and restore customer confidence when issues arise.
Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy, and retention, reporting progress and implementing improvements.
Pursue growth targets by testing offers, reaching new audiences, and expanding successful approaches.
Escalate issues early with proposed solutions and build processes to prevent repeat failures.

Requirements

Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities, or program operations.
Demonstrated sustained involvement in and passion for sport.
Strong organizational and numerical skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Confidence using spreadsheets and operational systems.
Ability to coordinate people remotely.
Must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
Availability to work predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.

Benefits

USD $1,000–$1,500 monthly base compensation, depending on experience.
Potential to earn USD $1,000+ per month in performance bonuses based on agreed targets; bonuses are variable and not guaranteed.
Opportunity to progress from Coordinator to Manager within the first six months based on performance, operational reliability, initiative, and readiness to lead independently.
