Description

Assess program demand, prepare budgets and launch timelines, and coordinate venues, permits, schedules, and staffing.
Follow up with players and team captains to convert enquiries into paid registrations and fill program spaces.
Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches, and equipment, ensuring readiness and resolving delivery issues.
Build partnerships, support marketing campaigns, and identify opportunities for new programs and locations.
Manage player communications, resolve complaints, and restore customer confidence when issues arise.
Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy, and retention; report progress and address gaps.
Develop and test practical approaches to increase registrations and repeat participation.
Escalate issues with proposed solutions and build processes that prevent recurring problems.

Requirements

Be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
Have practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities, or program operations.
Demonstrate sustained involvement in and passion for sport.
Have strong organizational and numerical skills.
Be fluent in spoken and written English.
Be confident using spreadsheets and operational systems.
Be able to coordinate people remotely.
Be available to work predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.
Complete Culture Index and Criteria GAME assessments as part of the application process.

Benefits

USD $1,000–$1,500 monthly base compensation, depending on experience.
Potential to earn USD $1,000+ per month in performance bonuses; bonuses are variable and target-based.
Opportunity to progress from Coordinator to Manager within the first six months, based on performance and review outcomes.
Remote role open to candidates throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
