Description

Assess demand, prepare budgets and launch timelines, and coordinate venues, permits, schedules and staffing.
Convert player and team-captain enquiries into paid registrations and fill program spaces.
Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment, ensuring readiness before games and resolving delivery issues.
Build partnerships, support marketing campaigns and identify new programs and locations.
Manage player communications, resolve complaints and restore customer confidence.
Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention, and report progress and improvement actions.
Pursue growth targets, test new offers and expand successful approaches.
Escalate issues early with proposed solutions and build processes to prevent repeat failures.

Requirements

Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
Demonstrated sustained involvement in and passion for sport.
Strong organizational and numerical skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Confidence using spreadsheets and operational systems.
Ability to coordinate people remotely.
Must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
Availability to work predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.

Benefits

USD $1,000–$1,500 monthly base pay, depending on experience.
Potential to earn USD $1,000+ per month in performance bonuses; bonuses are variable and not guaranteed.
Remote role open to candidates across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Opportunity to progress from Coordinator to Manager after probation and a six-month performance review.
