Description

Assess demand, prepare budgets and launch timelines, and coordinate venues, permits, schedules and staffing.
Follow up with players and team captains to convert enquiries into paid registrations and fill program spaces.
Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment, ensuring readiness and resolving delivery issues.
Build partnerships, support marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for new programs and locations.
Manage player communications, resolve complaints and restore customer confidence.
Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress and implement improvements.
Develop and test offers and outreach approaches to grow registrations and repeat participation.
Escalate issues early with proposed solutions and build processes that prevent recurring problems.

Requirements

Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
Demonstrated sustained involvement in and passion for sport.
Strong organizational and numerical skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Confidence using spreadsheets and operational systems.
Ability to coordinate people remotely.
Must be based in Toronto or Mississauga, Ontario.
Availability to work predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.
Submit a CV and a summary of sports programs supported, personal ownership and results achieved.
Complete the Culture Index survey and Criteria GAME assessment in English.

Benefits

Starting pay of CAD $20 per hour.
Performance bonuses of up to CAD $2,000+ per month, based on agreed targets and terms.
Opportunity to progress from Coordinator to Manager within the first six months based on performance.
Remote role supporting sports programs in the Toronto/Mississauga area.
