  • Build and maintain relationships with families interested in youth soccer programs.
  • Generate leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person outreach.
  • Engage prospective customers and create interest in program offerings.
  • Guide parents to the right solution based on their needs.
  • Close deals and help drive sales growth for the team.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team while taking initiative independently.
  • Communicate clearly with both adults and children in a customer-facing role.

Requirements

  • Strong competitive drive and motivation to hit goals.
  • Sales instincts or experience, including selling camp spots, sports programs, or fundraising.
  • Comfort with generating leads and making outreach through phone, email, or in-person conversations.
  • Ability to build rapport with families and understand parent needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
  • Full-time, in-office availability.
