Description

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic planning, acquisitions, and operational scaling.
  • Develop integrated financial models, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, scenario analyses, and ROI evaluations.
  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance across multiple entities.
  • Drive cost management, margin improvement, and sustained profitability.
  • Create dashboards linking operational KPIs to financial performance.
  • Manage investor relationships and secure financing for growth initiatives and capital projects.
  • Oversee treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, debt restructuring, and FX strategy.
  • Build scalable financial systems, processes, and automated workflows.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team while advising internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in roles such as Head of Finance, VP Finance, or Controller.
  • Experience with multi-location, multi-entity, and/or seasonal businesses; sports, fitness, hospitality, franchise, or retail experience is preferred.
  • Experience partnering with CEOs or executive teams on strategy, growth initiatives, and operational scaling.
  • Track record leading M&A, due diligence, or post-acquisition integration.
  • Experience securing and managing debt, equity, or growth capital and working with investors or lenders.
  • Hands-on treasury experience, including cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and debt structuring.
  • Experience implementing or upgrading financial systems, ERPs, or reporting infrastructure.
  • Experience building and developing finance teams.
  • Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and ROI analysis skills.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial compliance, multi-entity consolidation, advanced Excel, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership; BI/dashboard experience is preferred.
