Description

  • Lead a strategic sales team focused on Cloud/SaaS customers and hyperscale providers.
  • Manage sales team activity and account engagements to build sufficient pipeline and meet or exceed quota targets.
  • Carry a team quota rollup for the Cloud/Hyperscale business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with account decision makers, decision influencers, business partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Educate customers on Cologix technology and data center infrastructure offerings.
  • Develop a working knowledge of Cologix’s data center infrastructure portfolio.
  • Support the team in winning and closing large, complex hyperscale and cloud contracts.
  • Maintain market and competitive knowledge to strengthen customer credibility.
  • Work within indirect selling methodologies and cross-functional sales motions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational needs.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience selling to the hyperscale buying community.
  • Demonstrated track record of winning and closing large, complex contracts.
  • Experience with cloud/SaaS and hyperscale markets and customer business requirements.
  • Ability to maintain strong market and competitive knowledge.
  • Executive presence.
  • Working knowledge of the unique attributes of hyperscale client deployments.
  • Sales leadership and people management experience required.
  • Understanding of indirect selling methodologies and how to work within them.
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable.
  • Available to travel up to 50%.
