Description

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support the annual external audit process.
Prepare bank covenant reporting and tax incentive reporting.
Prepare general ledger transactions accurately and on time.
Organize and maintain sub-ledger transaction files.
Ensure a timely and accurate close process for assigned areas.
Analyze monthly expense fluctuations and explain variances to management.
Account for complex debt and equity transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and GAAP.
Research issues, resolve discrepancies, and initiate corrective actions and adjustments.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements for areas of responsibility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
3 to 7 years of related experience in financial reporting, accounting, and auditing.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting concepts.
Advanced Excel skills and an aptitude for technology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments, vendors, and customers.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Process improvement mindset.
Adaptability, personal accountability, and a high degree of ownership.
Positive attitude with a desire to learn and improve responsibilities.
NetSuite experience preferred.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship or transfer of employment visa is not available, including CPT/OPT.

$85,000 to $100,000 annual base salary.
