Description

  • Provide timely technical expertise on Collibra products to customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
  • Map Collibra solutions to customer value by bridging business and technical requirements.
  • Advise and support technical stakeholders to accelerate adoption and value realization.
  • Create and maintain lab environments and playbooks for technical demonstrations and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the Product team by sharing early feedback, field observations, and customer insights.
  • Work closely with other Customer Engineers to deliver deep technical support across the full customer journey.
  • Support pre-sale and post-sale technical activities within the global specialist team.
  • Drive operational excellence by helping ensure the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar technical customer-facing role supporting enterprise software.
  • 4+ years of total experience in the data ecosystem.
  • Working knowledge of two or more of the following: data governance, data catalogs, data integration, data quality, and data privacy platforms.
  • Understanding of how data governance and related disciplines support AI-ready data.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud data infrastructure, including leading PaaS providers, data lakes, lakehouses, cloud warehouses such as Snowflake and Databricks, and API-driven integration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
