Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, explaining product features, benefits, pricing, and payment options.
  • Drive revenue growth by closing new sales, processing orders, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proactively follow up on warm leads and incomplete transactions to convert interest into purchases.
  • Engage customers requesting cancellations or refunds, investigate concerns, and attempt to retain the sale where possible.
  • Confidently address objections and use value-based conversations to guide customers toward positive outcomes.
  • Maintain a consistent, high-volume call cadence throughout the day with professionalism, resilience, and enthusiasm.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Use prompts from a real-time AI sales tool, participate in recorded/live call monitoring, and attend regular coaching sessions to refine approach and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet individual and team performance goals and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, enrollment, or a similar customer-facing role with a strong focus on closing and customer engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage sales objections and retain customers who may be considering cancellation or refunds.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to lead customer conversations and build rapport quickly.
  • Skilled in uncovering customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general Windows-based tools.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities; resilient, adaptable, and committed to ongoing learning; comfortable with recorded/monitored calls and regular coaching.
  • Able to work full-time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (standard schedule includes two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch).
