Description

  • Proactively source, recruit, and convert clinical experts into long-term content partners.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified instructor candidates through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and internal referrals.
  • Research new recruiting sources to support a diverse and high-caliber instructor network.
  • Own webinar scheduling by selecting optimal dates, times, and instructors using established rubrics.
  • Select and confirm presenters for in-person and streaming live events based on scheduling and curriculum needs.
  • Ensure every scheduled event has a confirmed, high-quality instructor assigned well before the event date.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for instructor clinicians from onboarding through ongoing partnership management.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with instructors to gather feedback, monitor morale, and support retention and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate instructor profiles, performance notes, and relationship history in internal systems.
  • Coordinate documentation, contracts, resumes/CVs, references, and other required partner materials to ensure readiness and compliance before events.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent recruitment, partner management, or clinical relationship building.
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates and building professional networks from scratch.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling rubrics.
  • Advanced communication skills across in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a flexible schedule for recruitment meetings.
  • Knowledge of contract terminology and ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary company material.
  • Experience in technical recruiting or talent management within healthcare or education is preferred.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and live event coordination is preferred.
  • Experience working with external contractors/vendors and tracking deliverables against expectations is preferred.
