Description

  • Own the Appraisal CE Membership business and select professional markets with direct accountability for revenue, retention, and market share growth.
  • Manage and coach a team of three by setting goals, giving feedback, and building team capability.
  • Analyze dashboards and market signals to track revenue, enrollments, renewals, utilization, margins, customer behavior, regulatory changes, and competitive activity.
  • Translate strategy into product direction, make prioritization decisions, and drive cross-functional alignment across product, curriculum, compliance, marketing, sales, and technology.
  • Identify customer pain points and use customer insight from professionals, firms, associations, and enterprise accounts to guide product decisions.
  • Work with product and technology partners to define, deliver, and improve digital features and learning experiences.
  • Partner with curriculum and compliance teams to ensure offerings meet professional standards, licensure requirements, and accreditation guidelines.
  • Identify and evaluate new products, bundles, pricing models, subscriptions, and lifecycle extension opportunities.
  • Build business cases, guide development prioritization, support launches, and make decisions about underperforming products.
  • Continuously improve operating models and remove inefficiencies across the product and business to increase speed and scalability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience with a strong emphasis on B2C, direct-to-consumer, or e-commerce environments.
  • Background in subscription, membership, or digital learning products; experience in professional education or credentialing markets is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving double-digit, product-led revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to take products from concept to market, not just create strategy decks.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, digital education products, or subscription models.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, platforms, or product development frameworks and curiosity about their use in education and professional workflows.
  • Experience working with product technology partners or engineering teams to define and ship digital features.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
