Description

  • Define the vision and roadmap for self-service cloud growth across onboarding, trial experience, product adoption, activation, customer engagement analytics, and email nurturing.
  • Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical investments and set realistic delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with downstream solution teams in Observability, Security, and Enterprise Search to understand their onboarding flows and trial experiences.
  • Drive product decisions related to onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention of self-service customers.
  • Interface with customers and trial users to gather feedback on the trial experience.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing on competitive positioning and brand awareness.
  • Drive native integrations with third-party developer platforms.
  • Use customer interviews and churn analysis to inform product direction and growth priorities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience with deep technical products.
  • Strong background in product-led growth.
  • Experience shipping self-service cloud services and self-service trials.
  • Data-driven approach to product decisions with experience in product adoption and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and align cross-functionally.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration.
  • Direct experience with Elasticsearch or similar search/database technologies is preferred.
  • Background in product marketing is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud service provider marketplaces is preferred.

  • Base salary compensation with a typical starting range of €67,000–€106,000 EUR.
