Description

  • Deliver Becker Professional Education course content in person or through Becker’s virtual platform, depending on course assignment.
  • Provide clear examples, explanations, and visual aids to help students understand subject matter.
  • Respond knowledgeably to student questions and demonstrate subject matter expertise.
  • Project confidence, enthusiasm, competence, and professionalism in classroom delivery.
  • Use images, graphics, charts, and other teaching aids to make instruction engaging and effective.
  • Participate in annual faculty meetings to stay current on Becker methodology, teaching skills, and best practices.

Requirements

  • CMA certification is required.
  • Previous experience and a passion for teaching in a higher education or professional setting are required.
  • Commitment to helping Becker students pass the CMA examination is required.
  • Ability to professionally instruct classes using the Becker methodology is required.
  • Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new tools are required.
  • A high-energy, engaging, and positive personality that earns student respect is required.
  • Experience as a former Becker student and/or instructor is preferred.
  • Interest in a contract, remote instructional role is implied by the position.
  • Resume/CV and a cover letter expressing interest are required for application.
