Description

  • Develop and maintain automation testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and quality.
  • Design, develop, and optimize automation test scripts for functional, API, and performance testing scenarios.
  • Participate in building the testing platform and improving CI/CD processes to strengthen automation testing in development.
  • Develop testing strategies based on business requirements, write test cases, execute tests, and manage defects.
  • Analyze test data, identify and track software defects, and drive rapid issue resolution.
  • Participate in product architecture design reviews and provide testing-focused recommendations to improve testability and stability.
  • Explore, evaluate, and implement new testing tools and methods based on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in test development.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
  • Familiarity with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, TestNG, or pytest, with ability to extend them as needed.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or JMeter.
  • Database testing capability with tools or systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience in performance, stress, and stability testing using tools such as JMeter, Locust, or Gatling.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitLab CI, K8s, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to respond quickly and drive problem resolution.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, responsibility, and self-motivation.
  • Preferred: experience testing large-scale Internet or high-concurrency systems.
  • Preferred: experience with security testing, containerized testing using Docker/K8s, or AI-based automation testing.
  • Preferred: participation in or leadership of testing tool or testing platform development.
  • Preferred: contribution to open-source projects or technical blogging.
