Description

  • Run evaluations on AI features, including scoring outputs, flagging regressions, building golden sets, and writing actionable summaries.
  • Build lightweight tools, scripts, internal helpers, and one-off prototypes using AI coding tools.
  • Execute prompt and workflow iterations by implementing changes, testing variations, and shipping updates.
  • Conduct external outreach and manage relationships with KOLs end to end, including calls and follow-ups.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such as marketing and product teams to drive AI team outcomes.
  • Take ownership of the team’s highest-leverage operational needs each week, even when tasks fall outside the core list.
  • Use AI tools heavily to accelerate writing, automation, prototyping, and operations work.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of generalist, operations, or startup experience with end-to-end ownership of outcomes.
  • Deep working knowledge of AI tools, especially LLM-based tools used for writing, automating, prototyping, and operating.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and simply.
  • Bias for action and the ability to prioritize work independently without waiting for direction.
  • High-agency execution with comfort moving from vague problems to working solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to do unglamorous, hands-on work and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Familiarity with software development and product management is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, evaluations, or other AI-adjacent operational work is preferred.
  • Experience and interest in cryptocurrency is preferred.
  • 0 to 1 experience in fast-moving environments is preferred.
