Description

  • Develop intelligent AI agent systems for search and task execution using ReAct, planning, and multi-agent frameworks.
  • Build, refine, and optimize end-to-end RAG pipelines from ingestion and chunking through embedding and hybrid vector search.
  • Implement precise grounding and citation mechanisms for retrieval-augmented outputs.
  • Conduct advanced post-training and alignment work, including SFT, RLHF, and continual pretraining.
  • Align models for reliable JSON-schema function calling and external tool usage.
  • Build offline and online evaluation pipelines using synthetic QA, retrieval metrics, and hallucination detection.
  • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and stability through iterative evaluation and optimization.
  • Drive optimization of LLM performance and AI agent outcomes for Web3 applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience developing AI systems with a focus on RAG, agent architectures, or LLM training/optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with distributed training and high-performance inference.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: end-to-end RAG pipeline development and optimization with OpenSearch or vector databases, AI agent framework development with LangGraph, CrewAI, or ReAct, and advanced LLM training with SFT, RLHF, or LoRA.
  • Experience with reliable JSON-schema function calling and external tool usage alignment is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and systems thinking skills.
  • Passion for Web3 and AI is a plus.
