Description

  • Design and execute programs that drive continuous process improvements, platform enhancements, and large-scale engineering efforts.
  • Define metrics and reporting to measure program impact and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate delivery across internal teams by managing prioritization, dependencies, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop and improve communication mechanisms to keep initiatives transparent and well-coordinated.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate problems into business requirements.
  • Gather, synthesize, and communicate feedback to inform product development and roadmaps.
  • Work with internal operations and engineering teams to drive advocacy, education, and adoption of program deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in relevant domains, especially Trust & Risk, DevRel, and/or Solutions Architecture.
  • Deep understanding of program management frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and related tools/templates.
  • Experience defining and implementing complex SaaS solutions and/or integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills to define, track, and measure program KPIs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional engagement and feedback synthesis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean in daily workflows.
  • Ability to apply human-in-the-loop practices to produce business-ready outputs and improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
  • Familiarity with global compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial services and/or crypto (preferred).
  • Applied knowledge of AI/LLM tools for process automation, scoring/tuning, and orchestration (preferred).
  • Interest or passion in web3 technologies (preferred).
  • Experience navigating developer forums such as Discord, Reddit, Warpcast, and GitHub (preferred).

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $148,835 to $175,100 USD, depending on work location.
  • Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
  • Remote-first for many roles, with in-person participation required throughout the year.
  • Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually and are fully supported.
