Description

  • Lead the development of scalable AI products and deliver impactful solutions in an incubator-style environment.
  • Partner with the Infrastructure team to extend CI/CD frameworks supporting IT services and enterprise network platforms.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to build surveillance tooling into deployment pipelines.
  • Design and implement automation to streamline operational IT support workflows.
  • Deploy, implement, and support Kubernetes environments.
  • Build a technology roadmap based on product requirements.
  • Participate in on-call support for the AWS service deployment pipeline.
  • Promote a DevSecOps mindset and establish cloud security best practices.
  • Maintain high standards for technical documentation across IT engineering.
  • Participate in strict-SLA operations, including incident response and disaster recovery.
  • Facilitate incident response, perform root cause analysis, and lead blameless retrospectives.
  • Define metrics and implement automation opportunities based on monitoring and observability.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with source control and build systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with internal tooling.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure.
  • 10+ years of experience automating cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Bash, Python, Ruby, or Go.
  • Proficiency with version control and CI/CD using Git.
  • Strong experience supporting AWS services and CI/CD workflows using Terraform or an equivalent framework.
  • Strong experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
  • Strong experience with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, or Glean in daily workflows.
  • Expertise with Linux and scripting languages such as Bash, Ruby, Python, and/or Go (preferred).
  • Expertise automating EC2 or container deployment with Terraform (preferred).
  • Strong network security fundamentals (preferred).
  • Experience managing and leveraging log aggregation tools (preferred).
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment (preferred).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company (preferred).
  • Experience in a remote-first IT environment (preferred).

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $218,025 to $256,500 USD, excluding equity and bonus.
