Description

  • Partner with teams across the organization to understand workflows, identify pain points, and translate business challenges into AI use cases.
  • Design, build, and iterate on AI prototypes such as agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows using GenAI techniques.
  • Write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang to support AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve prototypes into scalable, secure, production-grade systems.
  • Provide guidance on responsible AI usage, prompt engineering, and strategic AI integration into daily operations.
  • Mentor team members on design principles, coding standards, and AI productivity tool adoption.
  • Pilot AI solutions with functional teams, gather feedback, and iterate to drive adoption and measurable value.
  • Partner with AI Platform and DevX teams to leverage shared infrastructure and improve solution scalability and security.
  • Work with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure AI solutions meet privacy, security, and ethical requirements.
  • Define success metrics, track ROI, and communicate the impact of AI initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 6 months focused on applied AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation.
  • Proven experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code and debug complex technical issues.
  • Strong technical skills in system design, coding, and improving reliability and scalability.
  • Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, including RAG, agents, and fine-tuning concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms such as Gemini, Claude, LangChain, LangGraph, Python, and no-code/low-code automation tools.
  • Experience using generative AI copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, or Glean in daily workflows.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, iterate quickly, and manage multiple parallel initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and non-engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical considerations related to AI.
  • Prior experience building AI agents or advanced workflow automation solutions is preferred.
  • Prior experience building production ML/AI systems is preferred.
  • Prior crypto or fintech domain experience is preferred.
