Description

  • Lead the development of scalable AI products in an incubator-style environment with executive exposure.
  • Partner with the Infrastructure team to extend CI/CD frameworks for IT services and enterprise network platforms.
  • Work with security and compliance teams to build surveillance tooling into deployment pipelines.
  • Design and implement automation to streamline operational IT support workflows.
  • Deploy, implement, and support Kubernetes-based systems.
  • Build a technology roadmap based on product requirements.
  • Participate in on-call support for the AWS service deployment pipeline.
  • Promote DevSecOps practices and establish cloud security best practices.
  • Maintain high standards for technical documentation across IT engineering.
  • Support incident response, perform root cause analysis, and run blameless retrospectives.
  • Define monitoring and observability metrics and automate improvements based on those insights.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with source control and build systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with internal tooling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of experience automating cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Bash, Python, Ruby, or Go.
  • Proficiency with version control and CI/CD using Git.
  • Strong experience supporting AWS services and CI/CD workflows using Terraform or an equivalent framework.
  • Strong experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
  • Strong experience with containers and container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, or Glean in daily workflows with human-in-the-loop practices.
  • Expertise with Linux, Bash, Ruby, Python, and/or Go is preferred.
  • Expertise automating EC2 or container deployment with Terraform is preferred.
  • Strong network security fundamentals are preferred.
  • Experience managing and leveraging log aggregation is preferred.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company is preferred.
  • Experience in a remote-first IT environment is preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $186,065 to $218,900 USD, excluding equity and bonus.
  • Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
  • Remote-first flexibility with required in-person participation for team and company offsites throughout the year.
