Description

  • Own product development for Cash and USDC products on the main Coinbase app, improving existing offerings and expanding into new ones.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, legal, and operations to develop and execute the product roadmap.
  • Launch zero-to-one products for Coinbase users across existing and new cash domains.
  • Define and analyze metrics to guide product development and ensure a best-in-class user experience.
  • Align teams around a shared vision and drive execution across the brokerage platform.
  • Communicate plans, progress, benefits, and functionality to internal partners, executive leadership, and customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in regulated brokerage and FinTech.
  • Deep expertise in fintech banking, DeFi banking, and/or cash management products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to guide product strategy and create alignment with senior cross-functional partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to building a robust platform with reliability, scale, and risk mitigation at its core.
  • Ability to bridge complex technical and regulatory requirements into simple, intuitive user-facing products.
  • Demonstrated passion for retail investing, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission.
  • Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots in daily workflows, with human-in-the-loop practices and continuous learning as tools evolve.
  • Experience spanning both fintech and DeFi, preferred.

  • Annual base salary range of $180,370 to $212,200 USD.
  • Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.
