Description

  • Develop and scale high-performance cloud-native web applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
  • Convert prototypes, automation tools, and predictive models into production-ready features with product and data teams.
  • Optimize backend worker queues, background jobs, and cloud infrastructure for high availability and low latency.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, code reviews, quality improvements, and automated testing.
  • Build dashboards for automation pipeline visibility and integrate platforms such as UiPath and Gemini Agents.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to mentorship and continuous improvement.
  • Develop complete product features from specifications or mockups across frontend and backend.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-stack web application development experience, including complex API integrations and background job processing.
  • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and monitoring scalable applications in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Practical experience with automation tools, RPA bots, automated agents, or Document Intelligence/IDP solutions.
  • Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations.
  • Ability to work remotely from Colombia with a private, quiet workspace and high-speed internet.
  • Ability to communicate via webcam, video conference, and phone.
  • Preferred experience building AI agents with OpenClaw, UiPath, or Gemini AI Studio.
  • Preferred knowledge of Document Intelligence APIs, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, Pub/Sub, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG.
