Description

  • Develop and integrate cybersecurity testing and analysis systems into the company’s cybersecurity platform.
  • Build high-performance, resilient, scalable cloud-based software using microservices and containers.
  • Take services through CI/CD into production and own their quality and availability.
  • Use GCP to build and operate highly available software systems.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues across systems and components.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Platform Engineering teams.
  • Integrate monitoring and alerting into backend modules to improve availability and response times proactively.
  • Design, implement, and deliver well-tested, scalable, highly available systems.
  • Own technical solutions for product requirements and user stories.
  • Participate actively in design and code reviews.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members and promote continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience.
  • Experience in distributed systems and backend software engineering.
  • Strong Golang experience required.
  • Strong experience with microservices, REST API design, gRPC, unit testing, and BDD testing.
  • Strong design skills required; UML is a bonus and Domain Driven Design exposure is desirable.
  • Experience with asynchronous messaging technologies such as Google PubSub and Kafka.
  • In-depth knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS technologies.
  • Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments, with GCP preferred.
  • Experience working on agile teams.
  • Experience developing scalable and observable microservice-based applications.
  • Experience with GitOps and DevOps principles, practices, and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with different stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Interest in security or penetration testing is highly desirable.
  • Interest in GenAI and LLM technologies is highly desirable.
