Description

  • Design and implement performant, resilient, and scalable microservice-based SaaS applications.
  • Own technical decisions across application, data, infrastructure, and deployment layers.
  • Build autonomous AI agents using LangGraph and Graph-RAG pipelines integrated with enterprise tools and knowledge sources.
  • Develop low-latency Python services using FastAPI.
  • Architect and deploy cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, customer, and domain teams on architectural decisions.
  • Document solution architectures and deliver reliable solutions while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
  • Senior-level experience designing production-grade applications with microservice architectures.
  • Strong experience with AI/ML and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
  • Experience building autonomous agents, RAG solutions, and AI systems with accuracy, traceability, and reliability safeguards.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, including harness engineering principles.
  • Experience with specification-driven development methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or React; React and Python/FastAPI experience preferred.
  • Advanced English communication skills and ability to influence technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Prior software development experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferred.
