Description

  • Design and build autonomous AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
  • Develop Graph-RAG architectures combining semantic search with structured knowledge retrieval.
  • Integrate AI agents with engineering tools, databases, simulators, APIs, and enterprise knowledge sources.
  • Optimize prompting, agent orchestration, and production AI performance while implementing safeguards for traceability, security, reliability, and accuracy.
  • Develop high-performance Python APIs with FastAPI for AI and frontend applications.
  • Design scalable, resilient microservices-based SaaS platforms and define architectural standards and technical roadmaps.
  • Guide engineering teams on architecture and design decisions while remaining hands-on in development.
  • Architect Azure and/or AWS cloud solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Lead data modeling and database architecture across SQL and NoSQL environments.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and customer teams; produce architecture diagrams and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable microservices-based enterprise applications.
  • Production experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
  • Experience with Specification Driven Development methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and proficiency in Python, Node.js, and/or React.
  • Experience designing performant, secure, and resilient SaaS applications; advanced English, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills required.
  • Preferred: React frontend expertise, industrial-sector experience, AI certifications, responsible AI governance experience, or large-scale cloud transformation experience.
