Description

  • Design user-centered product experiences for complex digital products and platforms.
  • Create prototypes and design solutions using Figma, AI prototyping tools, and design systems.
  • Apply UX design methods and frameworks to turn complex requirements into intuitive experiences.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams on strategy and execution.
  • Balance user needs with business and technical constraints throughout the design process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or product design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a clear design process and strong user-centered product work.
  • Proficiency with Figma, AI prototyping tools, and design systems.
  • Experience designing complex product experiences, including B2B, data-heavy, AI-assisted, personalized, or recommendation-based features.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and established design methodologies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience designing native mobile app experiences.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Preferred: experience working with AI-powered product experiences.
  • Preferred: experience designing for data-intensive or enterprise applications.
  • Preferred: familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.
  • Preferred: experience contributing to or evolving design systems.
