Description

  • Own the monthly IT financial reporting cycle, including variance analysis across OpEx and CapEx line items by pillar and project.
  • Monitor budget performance and rolling forecasts to identify over- and underspend trends.
  • Build and maintain financial views across IT pillars and project portfolios.
  • Track project-level financial performance against approved budgets and business cases.
  • Prepare financial impact summaries to support investment decisions.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into financial performance and trends.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure accurate financial data and cost allocation.
  • Conduct vendor financial analysis, including spend tracking and benchmarking.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues within financial systems.
  • Document financial processes, templates, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT financial analysis, FP&A, or financial-focused business analysis.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for OpEx and CapEx.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Experience in financial reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Procurement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar (preferred).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar (preferred).
  • Exposure to vendor financial analysis, commercial evaluation, or IT project lifecycle concepts (preferred).
