Description

  • Provide leadership and strategy for a team of Account Executives focused on net new sales.
  • Hire, train, coach, and manage new business sales representatives.
  • Drive the team to meet and exceed booking targets.
  • Partner with the VP of Sales and VP of Marketing to operationalize an ABM motion for North America.
  • Define target accounts and test region-specific outreach strategies using Salesforce CRM, Apollo, SignalHire, and HubSpot.
  • Improve sales outreach efficiency and targeting across the team.
  • Coach representatives to understand prospect business needs, document drivers, and build compelling business cases.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting of net new bookings.
  • Create and iterate on playbooks for net new sales strategies and expansion/cross-sell motions.
  • Improve sales process, discovery, and adoption of the MEDDPICC sales methodology.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in net new sales within a complex enterprise sales process.
  • 1-2 years of sales leadership experience managing a team of new business account executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue, quota, opportunity, and activity targets as both an individual contributor and sales leader.
  • Experience driving sales strategies across North America.
  • Strong proactive problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership and willingness to go the extra mile to get things done and support initiatives.
  • Proven success partnering with cross-functional, global teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Apollo, SignalHire, and HubSpot is preferred.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC sales strategy is preferred.
  • Permanent and unrestricted right to work in the country of residence without current or future sponsorship is required.
