Description

  • Lead the development of robust cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Own the technical health and architectural evolution of mission-critical mobile codebases.
  • Build fluid, responsive, and accessible mobile interfaces across iOS and Android devices.
  • Design and evolve RESTful or GraphQL integrations to support mobile features and workflows.
  • Manage and implement native modules or bridges when platform-specific functionality is needed.
  • Drive app stability, performance, security, and scalability throughout the mobile delivery lifecycle.
  • Provide clear documentation to improve clarity across diverse mobile codebases.
  • Perform deep code reviews and mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical decisions clearly.
  • Proactively manage technical debt and elevate overall team output.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional mobile development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern state management such as Redux, Context API, or React Query.
  • Solid understanding of iOS and Android deployment processes, including App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
  • Experience with mobile performance optimization, offline storage, and threading.
  • Deep understanding of Git and mobile CI/CD pipelines such as Fastlane, App Center, or Bitrise.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, for collaboration with US-based clients.
  • Mandatory experience in nearshore or offshore client-facing startup cultures.
  • Experience working with native modules or bridges is required when platform-specific functionality is needed.
