Description

  • Communicate and present design work effectively to client and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain brand consistency across projects while adapting to each client’s needs.
  • Contribute to team culture as a collaborative team player.
  • Work daily with disciplines including user experience, strategy, and client services.
  • Develop original concepts with detailed execution for digital products and experiences.
  • Support and mentor junior designers to strengthen team capability and design perspective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience.
  • Preferably a Supervisor or 5+ years experienced employee in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design.
  • A strong portfolio showing passion for design and visual communication.
  • Strong background in creative problem solving, strategic brainstorming, and creative execution.
  • Deep knowledge of intuitive interactions, user interfaces, and responsive design systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of interactivity, the web, information architecture, hierarchy, and layout.
  • Experience designing digital platforms, interactive experiences, and/or mobile applications.
  • Experience with multi-touch, gesture-based, mobile, tablet, and connected multi-channel experiences.
  • Well-versed in interactive technologies, best practices, and emerging digital product trends.
  • Experience collaborating with designers and copywriters at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate creative concepts and rationale.
  • Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus familiarity with After Effects or another animation platform.
  • Expert mastery of Figma or other quick prototyping tools, including components and auto layout.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail.
