Description

  • Own day-to-day marketing operations and keep marketing projects moving from planning through execution.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and product launch schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, contractors, and other external partners to keep projects on track.
  • Organize and maintain creative assets, marketing files, and internal documentation.
  • Upload blog content and educational resources to support AI search optimization and organic visibility.
  • Build, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated flows and customer nurture sequences.
  • Manage email marketing calendar, customer segmentation, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok.
  • Coordinate user-generated content campaigns and manage creator and influencer relationships.
  • Support ecommerce operations, including product launches, promotions, website updates, FAQ maintenance, and website issue coordination.
  • Manage the Faire wholesale storefront and process wholesale inquiries, sample shipments, partner databases, and sales follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports and materials for customer insights meetings, including reviews, customer trends, sales performance, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain a centralized database of customer feedback, objections, FAQs, product requests, marketing ideas, and retailer insights.
  • Provide executive support through calendar management, inbox management, meeting coordination, research, documentation, and occasional travel logistics.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as wholesale expansion, retention, conversion rate optimization, holiday campaigns, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • 20 hours per week availability.
  • Availability during 9AM–12NN EST.
  • Monthly rate of $650–750.
  • English proficiency level must be provided in the application, and the resume/Coconut VA profile must be submitted in English using the required template.
  • Must record and submit a 1-minute introduction video link with the application.
  • Required experience with Klaviyo, Canva, and Shopify.
  • Experience with AI for analysis is required or expected.
  • Highly organized with excellent project coordination skills.
  • Experience supporting marketing operations, campaign execution, email marketing automation, and audience segmentation is preferred.
  • Experience with ecommerce, preferably in skincare or consumer products, is preferred.
  • Wholesale or retail partnership experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing creator or influencer relationships is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI search optimization (AIO) and content marketing is preferred.
  • Strong research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are preferred.
  • Interest in skincare, beauty, or wellness industries is preferred.
