Description

  • Own Salesforce architecture, administration, automation, permissions, integrations, data models, reporting, releases, and governance.
  • Own HubSpot administration, workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing, campaigns, attribution, integrations, and Salesforce synchronization.
  • Manage the broader GTM technology ecosystem and data flows across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, enrichment, prospecting, and sequencing platforms.
  • Design and maintain enrichment, matching, deduplication, normalization, data governance, and signal-activation workflows.
  • Support Customer Success platforms and post-sale processes including health scoring, segmentation, renewals, expansion, and churn-risk management.
  • Identify and implement workflow automation using native platforms, APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
  • Evaluate and build practical AI-powered workflows and agents that improve productivity, data quality, prioritization, and customer insights.
  • Monitor system and integration health, resolve data or workflow failures, and maintain technical documentation and controls.
  • Lead GTM technology initiatives end-to-end from discovery and solution design through testing, deployment, and optimization.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Salesforce Administration, GTM Engineering, or a related B2B SaaS field.
  • Advanced hands-on Salesforce expertise, including Flows, automation, permissions, integrations, data architecture, reporting, dashboards, and governance.
  • Advanced hands-on HubSpot expertise, including workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing, campaigns, attribution, automation, integrations, and reporting.
  • Experience serving as the primary technical owner of Salesforce and HubSpot and managing data flows between them.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end B2B SaaS lifecycle across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Experience with GTM data enrichment, mapping, matching, deduplication, normalization, data quality monitoring, and CRM governance.
  • Experience designing cross-platform integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience administering or integrating Customer Success platforms and supporting post-sale workflows.
  • Experience applying AI and automation to GTM operations and evaluating appropriate use cases.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, ownership, and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Apollo, Clay, LeanData, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Gong, Outreach, Qualified, Clari, UserGems, Planhat, or similar tools.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of SQL, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies; experience with signal-based workflows or GTM AI agents.
