Description

  • Deliver on the most technically complex application, network, and adversary services engagements.
  • Architect and build AI-powered platforms and agentic systems that automate reconnaissance, attack path discovery, exploitation, and reporting.
  • Apply secure software development and model integration practices to build durable internal platforms.
  • Lead offensive security work that identifies and mitigates gaps in detection and response and surfaces novel vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
  • Use engagements to inform and improve the platforms developed for future work.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients’ senior leadership on security matters and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and grow the practice.
  • Design and deliver specialized testing and training on current threat actor TTPs and capabilities.
  • Contribute to technical direction for how DivisionHex incorporates AI into offensive security services.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with deep technical application pentesting, network pentesting, and adversary services/red team engagements.
  • Deep understanding of application penetration testing methodologies, including browser-based and API testing.
  • Deep understanding of on-prem and cloud Active Directory/identity misconfigurations, attack paths, and exploitation approaches.
  • Extensive experience conducting offensive services engagements across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Significant experience creating and delivering specialized testing and training for internal stakeholders and customers on APTs, ransomware, and insider threats.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite and board-level executives.
  • Significant experience developing scalable engagement toolkits that return ROI quickly.
  • Significant experience integrating agents or parts of the ML pipeline into offensive security work.
  • Strong ROI-centric mindset focused on improving human efficiency and P&L outcomes.
  • Extensive experience with Golang and Python, including work across languages to integrate with ML pipelines for training, tuning, and inference of language models.

  • Salary range of $226,000 to $250,000 per year.
