Description

  • Design, build, and continuously improve AI training programs across foundational, role-specific, and advanced learning levels.
  • Partner with functional leaders to identify skill gaps and tailor AI learning pathways for different roles.
  • Develop and manage self-paced learning resources, workshops, certifications, and onboarding materials for a distributed workforce.
  • Track learning outcomes and adoption metrics and use the data to improve program effectiveness.
  • Build and run Coalfire’s internal AI community through channels, forums, events, and office hours.
  • Identify and cultivate internal AI champions and power users across the organization.
  • Facilitate peer learning and knowledge sharing so AI best practices spread organically.
  • Create internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and spotlights to keep AI top-of-mind.
  • Represent the AI & Data team in all-hands meetings, internal events, and cross-functional forums.
  • Advise the Chief AI & Data Officer on readiness, culture, and change management for AI adoption.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in learning & development, organizational change, technical training, or community building.
  • Experience in a technology-forward or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible, engaging, and actionable content for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building programs from scratch rather than only maintaining existing programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for AI and its practical applications in the workplace.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where priorities are still being defined.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
  • Background in cybersecurity, GRC, or professional services is a plus.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and adult instructional design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tools such as Copilot and Claude is a plus.

  • $158,000 to $178,000 annual salary range.
