Description

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global talent attraction strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Actively source, interview, and select candidates for high-demand positions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and deliver a strong candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, culture, and values.
  • Provide strategic recruitment insights to hiring teams and leadership.
  • Track recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve the hiring funnel.
  • Use AI tools and other technologies to streamline sourcing and selection.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen employer branding.
  • Drive continuous improvements to hiring processes and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in full-cycle talent attraction and selection.
  • Proven success closing senior-level roles.
  • Strong online candidate sourcing skills using global platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
  • Experience using AI tools or similar in recruiting, HR activities, automations, or process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and global sourcing strategies.
  • Startup or scale-up mindset with comfort in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity and agility to adapt in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
