Description

  • Own the operation of the GRC platform and keep evidence, controls, and risks updated.
  • Support internal and external audits for PCI, SOC 1 and 2, and BCB 85/21.
  • Manage control testing and remediation tracking.
  • Map risks and define controls across the compliance program.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity, Engineering, Product, and Legal teams.
  • Participate in the evolution of automated bots that streamline GRC workflows.
  • Explore ways to automate and integrate GRC processes using APIs, scripts, or AI tools.
  • Contribute to building a more automated, product-aware approach to GRC.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Security GRC, audit, or risk management.
  • Understanding of PCI DSS, PCI PIN, PCI SSF, PCI MPoC, SOC 1 and 2, ISO 27001, and BCB Resolution 85/21.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn about cloud security, automation, and AI-powered bots.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native environments is preferred.
  • Scripting experience with Python, Go, or TypeScript is preferred.
  • Experience with API-based integrations is preferred.
  • Experience with security automation tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and LLM-based systems is preferred.
