Description

  • Develop and maintain Rust-based features across credit, investments, and regulatory compliance domains.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries in PostgreSQL.
  • Contribute to unit and integration tests to maintain code quality and coverage.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.
  • Investigate and fix bugs in critical production flows.
  • Build and operate systems that support the full lifecycle management of CDBs.
  • Support integrations with CETIP/B3 and regulatory data systems for the Central Bank of Brazil.
  • Contribute to accounting-related systems and blockchain integration.

Requirements

  • Experience with, or strong interest in, statically typed programming languages, especially Rust.
  • Solid understanding of databases and SQL.
  • Ability to read and understand other people’s code, not just write your own.
  • Strong attention to detail and a careful mindset in high-stakes financial environments.
  • Experience with Rust (preferred).
  • Background in financial systems, fintech, or regulation, including BACEN, CVM, or CETIP/B3 (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, or other messaging systems (preferred).
  • Experience with observability tools such as tracing, metrics, Prometheus, or Sentry (preferred).
  • Experience with Kubernetes or cloud environments, especially GCP (preferred).
