Description

  • Build and operate voice platform services with high performance and zero-downtime releases in AWS.
  • Integrate third-party AI tools into the company’s communication ecosystem.
  • Maintain the smooth operation of infrastructure and critical voice services.
  • Develop automation and scaling improvements for infrastructure.
  • Improve platform and service security.
  • Collaborate across teams to define best practices for building, testing, and operating services at scale.
  • Participate in the development of CloudTalk’s VOIP platform and related technical solutions.
  • Work with open-source telephony systems such as Asterisk and Kamailio.

Requirements

  • Based in Czechia or Slovakia.
  • Knowledge of at least two programming languages; Node.js, Golang, and/or Python are preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of AWS.
  • Knowledge of Linux server administration.
  • Knowledge of network protocols.
  • VoIP knowledge is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Breadth of DevOps experience in building tools and frameworks, with an understanding of continuous deployment processes.
  • Team player with commitment.
