Description

  • Own full P&L accountability for the image product line, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan, including market analysis, GTM strategy, product roadmap alignment, and operational execution.
  • Define and monitor business goals for the image product line and build the overarching strategy to achieve them.
  • Lead and matrix-manage cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Partner with Product leadership to shape product direction based on customer needs, competitive trends, and future market opportunities.
  • Drive go-to-market excellence across positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and channel strategy.
  • Establish cross-company processes that improve communication, alignment, and execution at scale.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external representative for the image business line with customers, partners, stakeholders, and executive leaders.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and product adoption.
  • Monitor KPIs, market signals, and customer feedback to adapt strategy and maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, business leadership, or strategy roles within SaaS or digital media companies.
  • 5+ years in a general management role with P&L ownership.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale a product or business unit globally.
  • Proven success driving cross-functional alignment and execution in matrix organizations.
  • Strong background in developer tools, media workflows, or cloud-based SaaS solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker who is also execution-oriented and comfortable rolling up sleeves.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally আন্তর্জাতিকly.
  • Experience in developer tools, media workflows, or cloud-based SaaS solutions is preferred.
